Reliable specialty-medicine supply for the places patients are treated.

For hospitals, oncology treatment centres, dialysis and transplant units, and institutional procurement and pharmacy teams across Nepal.

Direction three · Institutional

Direct supply for hospitals and treatment centres.

Specialty medicines fail patients in two ways: they are unavailable, or they arrive having lost their integrity in transit. Institutional supply is where both risks are decided.

We supply registered medicines to hospitals, oncology treatment centres, dialysis and transplant units, and institutional pharmacy departments through valid purchase orders or tenders. For an unregistered medicine required in an exceptional clinical situation, we can help the institution understand the applicable DDA special-permission process; supply is never implied before written approval.

What we offer institutions

Supply you can plan around.

Continuity of supply

We hold stock against agreed forecasts rather than ordering reactively, so a treatment protocol is not interrupted by a shipment that did not arrive.

Documented handling

Cold-chain products are transported under monitored conditions with batch-level records maintained from import through to delivery at your pharmacy.

Tender participation

We respond to government and hospital procurement tenders across our therapeutic areas, with the regulatory documentation prepared in advance.

Medical information

Product and prescribing information routed to your clinicians through our regulatory function and the marketing authorisation holder.

Pharmacovigilance support

A defined route for reporting adverse events and product complaints, handled to Nepali requirements.

Access support

Where a therapy is unaffordable for a patient, we will work with you on what options exist rather than treating price as fixed.
